Kingsway Housing Estate

We took on the project of getting the Kingsway housing estate up to an adoptable standard so it could be handed over from the housing developer to the council, with over 150 defects identified this project composed of a diverse range of elements including tarmac, kerb repairs, gulley cleaning, sunken manholes, block paving and more

During these works the housing estate needed to remain clear to allow resident to come to and from their houses, as well as the school located in the centre of the etstate
